Goal for 2017: 27 Books to Read

When looking at the 1001(+) plus Books to Read list, absolute must reads Classics list, and the books/authors specifically listed in “2001 things to do before you die”; it seems quite overwhelming.

Goal: read at least 27 from those lists this coming year. If I read more, great but I think this will be a great start to getting some of them checked off.

  10. Iliad by Homer
  11. In Cold Blood by Truman Capote
  12. Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison or H.G. Wells – #165 – Read Invisible Man (December 2012)
  13. Isaac Asimov (Foundation series)
  14. Lady Chatterley’s Lover by D. H. Lawrence – #197 – Read Lady Chatterley’s Lover (January 2013)
  15. Les Miserables by Victor Hugo
  16. Moby Dick by Herman Melville
